Ask yourself what are you putting in?
It’s a pretty simple analogy. For example, a Porsche running on regular unleaded just won’t function as well as a Porsche running on premium. So what’s coming out of you? Are you complaining a lot? Are you in pain often? Are you fearful of things? Are you happy? Do you feel safe? The reason you do or do not feel these things is based on what’s coming in to your system. So what’s coming in?
What are you feeding yourself mentally?
This includes what you do for your mind. What conversations are you having on a regular basis? Who are you conversing with? What do you read? What do you watch on TV? How often do you spend time outdoors? How often do you connect with yourself spiritually? How you’re feeling mentally is directly related to what you’re feeding yourself…
What are you feeding yourself physically?
This includes everything else. What are you eating? What are you doing physically? What do you do with your time? What smells are the most common in your life? What sounds do you hear? How active are you? How often do you stretch? How often do you see specialists (chiropractors, massage therapists, yoga instructors, acupuncturists, naturopaths, etc.) to assist your body? How you’re feeling physically is directly related to what you’re feeding yourself…
Stop blaming the world and take action
If you’re not feeling good, check out what’s coming in. Make a change and I suspect the output will change too. Like Albert Einstein said, “The definition of insanity, is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”.
